This site is a portal for people looking to rent “Lomo Anamorphic Lenses” in North America.

I first bought these lenses in 2010 after using them on a short film and falling in love with the look. Since then, I’ve shot two features with them and a bunch of shorts and other fun projects. I also happened to post about them being available for rent on Reduser at the time, and for years, I’ve had a stream of people inquiring about them. Because of that post, I’ve met some fantastic filmmakers and made great friends, including people I’ve worked with and hope to work with.

Toronto Anamorphic is an extension of that, featuring:

• A gallery of Images and clips from an array of incredibly talented artists who have used the lenses on various projects.

• Information about the Anamorphic Lomo look, including comments from cinematographers who have used these “Lomo” lenses and details on the specific “Lomo eccentricities” that give these lenses their unique and organic look.
